0165(2)(c) Multiple loose phone charger cords were observed in licensed space such as on the couch, on top of drawers, and in unlocked cabinets. The printer cord needs to be secured to the wall. There was a long fabric tassel on the floor in the play area. 0165(2)(d) There were two kitchen cabinets that had a variety of loose plastic bags that were not child-locked. 0165(3)(a) The kitchen drawer containing sharp knives was not child locked; knives were moved to a child-locked drawer during visit. There were two sharp nails protruding from the yard stairway railing. 0165(3)(d) The washer and dryer do not have child-latches. 0165(3)(f) The tall shelf in the living room needs to be anchored to the wall. 0165(3)(g) The bottom of the dishwasher is falling off/loose. 0165(4)(c) The main play areas in the living room/dining area were observed to be dark because the curtains were closed and no overhead lighting was on in each room. Some nearby lighting was turned on during the visit. 0165(4)(e) The bathroom sink water temperature was above 120 degrees F. 0165(5)(a) The kitchen and bathroom outlets are GFCI but not Tamper Resistant; the two laundry room outlets are not TR.
